If possible: the floor plan or developer brochure, the dates of birth for the household, and a sense of the rooms and decisions weighing on you. Nothing is required — the master can read a space cold.如有方便：户型图或楼盘资料、家中成员的出生日期，以及您最关心的房间与决策。这些并非必备 — 老师进门即可读。
In which language is the report written?报告以何种语言书写？

English by default. Mandarin or bilingual on request. Bahasa is available for excerpts and recommendations to be shared with contractors.默认以英文撰写。可根据需求改为中文或双语。马来文摘要与施工建议亦可备好，方便交予承建商。
What are the payment terms?付款条款如何？

A deposit secures the date; the balance is settled on delivery of the written report. Bank transfer (MY/SG) and TT (regional) are accepted. Receipts are issued for business clients on request.付订金锁定日期；交付书面报告时结清尾款。接受马新两地的银行转账，以及区域电汇。商务客户可根据需求开具收据。
