Trained in the old way, working in the new.学的是古法，行的是当下。

赖老师 began formal practice in 2016, after years of study under San Yuan (三元) and San He (三合) teachers in Kluang and Johor Bahru. The two lineages rarely sit in the same hand — she carries both because the work calls for both.赖老师自 2016 年正式执业。此前多年间，先后在居銮与新山两地师从三元、三合两派老师。同时承继两派的师傅并不多见 — 她兼习两派，皆因实际工作所需。

The discipline is unchanged for a thousand years: the Luo Pan reads the land, the BaZi reads the person, the room is shaped to hold the encounter. What has changed is the world the room sits in — floor-plates in glass towers, condominiums above shopping podiums, factories on reclaimed land. The old method has to learn the new ground.此道千年未变：以罗盘观地、以八字观人，再以空间承载二者的相遇。变化的是空间所处的世界 — 玻璃幕墙的写字楼、商场之上的公寓、填海建造的厂房。古法必须读得懂新的土地。

Every site, walked.每一处，亲身到访。

No consultation is sent by photograph. The compass is taken on-site, the bearings are measured to the half-degree, the surrounding mountains and waters are read in person. A reading begun any other way would be a guess dressed up as advice.从不凭照片下结论。罗盘必到现场，方位精确测量至半度，周边山形水势亲眼审察。否则，所谓建议不过是披着外衣的猜测。

More than 2,000 documented site readings sit in the case files — from shoplots in Johor Bahru and penthouses in Hong Kong to family compounds in Shanghai. Site visits run two to six hours; the hand-bound report is delivered within fourteen days.案例档案中已累积两千余次实地勘察 — 从新山的店面、香港的顶层公寓，到上海的家族大宅。现场勘察约需两至六小时；手工装订的书面报告于十四日内完成交付。

Old method, new tools.古法，新工具。

The Luo Pan still leads. Beside it sits 3D site-modelling software, digital theodolites, BaZi charting software, and shared CAD plans with architects and interior designers. The reading is classical; the delivery speaks the language of the people who will build the room.罗盘仍居首位。旁有 3D 建模软件、数字经纬仪、八字排盘软件，以及与建筑师、室内设计师共用的 CAD 图纸。所研判者为古法内容，所交付者为施工方可直接读懂的语言。

Each engagement closes with a written recommendation that an architect or contractor can act on directly — not a list of charms, but a layout decision, a door axis, a stove direction, a date to break ground.每项委托均以书面方案收尾，建筑师与承建商可直接执行 — 并非符咒清单，而是布局方案、门向轴线、炉灶方位与动土择日。

Clients are private homeowners, founders and senior executives, property developers, and architectural practices. The work tends to arrive at the same moment: a house being built, a business being opened, a building being designed, a generation being passed down.客户涵盖私人业主、创办人与企业高管、地产发展商、建筑事务所。委托时机多在同一节点：起屋、开业、设计大楼、传承下一代。

私宅Residential

A young family, a terrace in Bukit Indah.一户年轻家庭，Bukit Indah 的排屋。

The matriarch's bedroom sat over a stagnant water feature left by the previous owner. The bed was reoriented along the residence's San Yuan favourable axis; the underground stagnation was sealed with a stone-and-salt remediation; the kitchen stove was repositioned away from the shared toilet wall.女主人的卧室原位于前任屋主遗留的死水景观正上方。床位依本宅三元吉向重新摆放；地下死水以石与盐封固处理；厨灶亦自与厕所共墙的一侧移开。

Six-month follow-up — matriarch's sleep normalised; eldest son's school placement (previously refused twice) confirmed.半年后回访 — 女主人睡眠恢复正常；长子的入学申请（此前两度被拒）获得录取。

商铺Commercial

A design studio, street-corner in Mont Kiara.一家设计工作室，Mont Kiara 的街角店。

A boutique studio with high foot traffic but low conversion. San He analysis revealed the entry door placed on the unit's wealth-leak position (天劫位). The entry was reoriented with a 22° interior reframe; the consultation desk shifted to the studio's commanding seat; a small bronze water element introduced at the southeast.一家小型工作室，人流甚旺但成交甚少。三合勘察发现大门正落于天劫位。门向通过 22° 室内重新框定加以调整；接待桌移至坐山掌权位；东南方位置一只小型铜质水器。

First month post-adjustment — revenue 3.1× prior baseline; conversion sustained at twelve-month mark.调整后首月 — 营收达基线的 3.1 倍；十二个月后成交率仍保持稳定。

八字Destiny Reading

A mid-career executive, a cross-border move.一位中年高管，一次跨境调动。

The candidate was considering a senior role in Hong Kong. The BaZi chart showed a strong 财官 (wealth-officer) combination activating in 2024–2026 — but warned of a 庚金 conflict with the day master if the move happened before the second half of 2024.客户正在考虑香港的一个高级职位。八字命盘显示 2024 至 2026 年财官并旺 — 但若于 2024 年下半年之前赴任，则庚金与日主相冲。
